Bilingual (Spanish) Family Law Forms
All the bilingual (Spanish) family law forms from the NJP family law packets that have been translated by NJP are now available on the AOC website at www.courts.wa.gov/forms/. To find them, go to Resources in Other Languages (Spanish) and then to Domestic Relations Forms. Technically, all courts across the state should accept these forms.
To access the bilingual (Spanish) forms from King County Superior Court, you can go to www.Kingcounty.gov/courts/FamilyCourt/Spanish.aspx. Note that until the King County Superior Court forms are listed on the AOC website, they may be rejected by some courts.
